What it handles
Access rules apply to the search, the answer and the source links. Each connected source has an owner and a refresh schedule.
Ask how to handle a task and get the current guidance, quoted from the source, with older or conflicting versions shown rather than mixed in.
Technical and internal records come back with dates and versions. Where two sources disagree, the answer says so and the owner hears about it.
Decisions, commitments and earlier work are pulled from project files and messages into one brief for the new owner, with the gaps marked.
How it works
Ask “What did we agree with this customer?” or “Which procedure applies here?” The answer draws on the sources you can access, with references you can open. If the records don’t settle it, the answer says so.
